Escapism 2010 - Iris Van Herpen

These amazing haute-couture dresses are the fruit of a collaboration between the growing fashion star-designer Iris van Herpen and the architect Daniel Widrig. Entirely made from a 3D printed process those garments are without any seam which means there were no sewing machine or handwork involved. Maybe some of you had the chance to see one of these dresses during the last year London Design week’s “3D revolution 2.0” exhibition at the Victoria & Albert Museum.
